For now I’m giving this place one star (I’ll gladly change it if circumstances change) because I just moved here and was very excited about this place.. I love eyebrow threading.. but I’ve called them numerous times and the phone will ring and then it’ll seem like someone answers but it’s all echoey and weird and no one talks to you.. one time I even heard background sound like you’d hear in a salon- a door opening and there’s little chime bells or something.. people talking in the background.. but can’t hear anyone talking to me. I tried the next day, same thing. I went there in person- they were closed even though they should’ve been open for another hour. Went AGAIN today, note on the door said they were done for the day even though they still had 2 hours left to be open?? I tried calling AGAIN and the same weird echoey thing happened after it seemed like someone picked up.. and no one ever calls me back.. They don’t even have a website! I’m so confused because all the reviews say this place is amazing, but I can’t seem to ever get ahold of anyone and they’re never open! I live 20 mins away and have drove 20 mins twice now for nothing.

Wendy is so talented at eyebrow threading. She makes them look perfect every time and it only takes her 5-10 minutes. :D

Christina does an amazing job for my Mom and treats her like family. Really listens and very affordable.

My eyebrows always look great when she's done. She's very accommodating and gets me in within a week.

I have been getting my brows threaded here for the last couple of years but recently had a haircut with Kristina for the first time. She is AMAZING! I love my hair again and I love the ladies at Sassy. They are both true artists.
